Project «Villa in the mountains» is created for a family of 4 people. It has a frameless system and is made ofglued laminated timber, the shape of the roof is gable. The roof covering is a flexible tile. The second floor is a mansard floor. Villa has two buildings - main and SPA, connected by a glazed veranda on the first floor. There is also an open terrace on the second floor, which gives access to the SPA building.

On the first floor of the main house there is a kitchen with dining area, living room, study, auxiliary rooms. The first floor of the SPA building has a swimming pool, hammam and relaxation room. Outdoor terraces will allow residents to enjoy outdoor living in the warmer months.

The second floor of the main building has 3 bedrooms. A gym and billiard room on the second floor in the SPA building will allow you to exercise without leaving the house. Large panoramic windows allow you to admire the beautiful mountain scenery and flood the interior space with natural light.

There is also a garage for 2 cars. A great bonus in the hot season is the presence of an outdoor swimming pool.
