The house is designed and built in the style of an American country house or "forest den". The main idea was to create a project of a frame house with a maximum wooden combined finish, a complex multi-level roof, a second light in the living room area, a large terrace and a two cars garage.

The total area of the house is 522 square meters and contains 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a second light, a kitchen-dining room, a billiard room and a two cars garage with a laundry room and a boiler room. From the kitchen-living room there is an exit to the backyard, completely occupied by tall pine trees. Also, there is a gorgeous view of the living room from the hall balcony on the second floor, high windows in two levels and a vaulted ceiling.

In the exterior decoration of the house, there were used materials that are rare for our country, which fully meet the request for the most wooden and unique house: natural cedar shingles, brushed (aged) imitation of timber, larch, as well as thermal panels with artificial stone tiles imitating various rock formats.

The architecture of the house and its color scheme are harmoniously combined with the many-meter pine trees surrounding it, and the floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor and a spacious terrace allow you to enjoy them to the fullest. This concept fully corresponds to the idea of an American country house or "forest den", despite its size and spaciousness, and at the same time allows you to experience the comfort of a modern cottage.
